A writing workshop for poets and writers of all levels, Red/Acted will explore the wide gray landscape of experimental poetry that exists between free verse and formal form poetry. From the lipopgram developed in France in the 1960s to the antipode developed in 2015, experimental poetry forms can help poets delve into a pocket of their poetic voices they may not have explored before. Part puzzle-solving, part rule-breaking, and wholly poetic, this workshop is designed for poets at all levels who want to challenge themselves to dig deeper.
