If you have been selected as a Chemeketa Scholar, your next step is to complete the placement assessment and sign up for a New Student Orientation session.

Before attending New Student Orientation, you will need -

• Your placement assessment results
• It can take up to five business days for your results, so submit your assessment at least one week prior to orientation, if you haven't already done it

For your New Student Orientation session, you will need -

• Your Chemeketa ID number (K number)
• Your Chemeketa user name and password
• AP/IB/Willamette Promise test scores, if any

At the New Student Orientation session you will -

• Meet with your academic advisor
• Register for classes
• Tour the campus
• Get help completing your financial aid steps
• Receive help with any other steps you need for a successful start at Chemeketa
