Catholic Community Services Independent Living Program (Yamhill & Marion counties)

Provides housing for students 16-21 transitioning out of foster care (received at least 180 days of care since age 14)

Family Promise of the Mid-Willamette Valley (Marion & Polk counties)
1055 Edgewater St, Salem
Offers temporary housing for families with children

This website provides general housing assistance information to get connected with available benefits.  

HOAP (Marion & Polk counties)
694 Church St NE, Salem
Offers basic services for homelessness: shower, hygiene kits, laundromat, health, meals, clothing, day bus passes, and holiday activities. Additional services include hot meals, laundry, showers, clothing, phone, and computer access. 

HOST (Marion & Polk counties)
1143 Liberty St NE, Salem
Drop-in resource center & transitional living program for young adults 18–24.
